What time is check in / check out?
Check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00 at Patons Rock Beach Villas. Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an additional cost.
Is there a restaurant available?
No, this motel does not have an on-site restaurant. Check out the information page and the location map to explore local dining options.
Are the Villas accessible?
Yes. All our villas have wheelchair access and are ideal for guests with reduced mobility. For specific enquiries, we recommend calling ahead to confirm.
All bathrooms have wet showers Plastic seating for the shower and hand rails can be provided on request.
How close are you to town?
Takaka is 10.2 km (10 mins)
Collingwood 19.6km (20 minutes)
Do you have baby cribs and high chairs?
Baby portacot and highchair can be provided, but are subject to availability.
Do we need to bring beach towels?
Yes please. The lovely white towels in the rooms are for use at the motel only.
What amenities do you provide in the villas?
You will find a hair dryer, hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and of course the usual bath towels, hand towels and face cloths. Kitchen has teabags, plunger and instant coffee, sugar. You’re on holiday but if you need an iron and ironing board, you will find them in the wardrobe. A guest laundry is also available.
What cooking facilities are in your villas?
We offer complimentary tea, plunger coffee and milk in the fridge in all rooms. There is a microwave, electric hob and electric frypan for cooking. Each unit also has a BBQ and private patio for exclusive use.
Do you take group bookings?
PRBV is ideal for group bookings, family occasions, birthday weekends. Contact us directly for a quote. Our large open communal BBQ area is perfect for groups to enjoy.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, pets are not permitted on the grounds of the property.
Is smoking allowed?
In accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, our properties are smoke free. Each property does have a designated smoking/vaping area outside. There is no smoking/vaping in rooms or public areas. Cleaning charges may apply if a guest is found to have smoked inside the building.
