Booking & Cancellation Policies
- To guarantee a reservation a deposit of the first nights accommodation must be received within five days.
- A feature of our property is the stream that runs close to villas 3 & 4. We recommend that guests with small children and infants book into villas 1 or 2. These are furthest from the stream and have the added feature of opening out onto a large open grass area where your children can play safely. Please Contact us directly to confirm the suitability of the available villas.
- Portacot and highchair are available upon request.
- We do not allow pets on our property or in our villas.
- We are a smoke free property
- cancellation within 10 days of arrival, 25% of the total fee
- cancellation within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the total fee
- cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, 100% of the total fee
- no refunds for no shows or early check out
- we encourage guests to consider travel insurance
Check in Procedure:
- Check in is available after 2pm. Check out is 10am. Early check in / late check out is by prior agreement only.
- Patons Rock Beach Villas are a self check in motel.
- As we do not live onsite, guests are asked to refer to the Welcome Board at reception for their villa allocation. Or they may use the guest telephone to notify us of their arrival.
- Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done so). We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS or in cash.
Terms & Conditions:
- It is the responsibility of parents to supervise their children around the stream area at all times.
- Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late checkout is by prior arrangement only. Late check out may incur a fee of $20 per half hour.
- No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
- Smoking is not allowed inside your villa. Guests are to smoke outside and dispose of their cigarettes appropriately. If you do smoke inside, you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
- We reserve the right to charge an additional night’s accommodation and any additional cleaning or replacement costs for bedspreads, drapes, furnishings and carpets should the unit be damaged, soiled or left with any excessive cooking odour.
